Some of the Weight we Carry, isn’t even Ours.

It’s passed down—from mothers, grandmothers, and generations before them. Trauma is so deeply rooted in our DNA that we don’t even realize we’re carrying it. We just know we’re exhausted, On edge, Overwhelmed and Stuck in survival mode.

And yet, we keep going. Because the world doesn’t pause for healing. The bills don’t stop. The kids need us. The roles we play as mothers, partners, and providers are endless. So we push our own pain to the back burner, burying it beneath productivity and responsibility.

But what if healing wasn’t a luxury? What if it was a necessity—not just for us, but for our children and the generations that come after?

That’s what I poured into my book. This isn’t just a book—it’s a lifeline. A reminder that your healing matters. That you can show up for yourself and your family. That breaking generational cycles is hard, holy work—but it’s possible.

Every woman can benefit from this message, but if you’re a mother… this is especially for you. Because we’re not just raising children. We’re raising the future. And that future deserves healed, whole women leading the way.
